The biggest business centre in the capital of the UAE, this Centre is located on the south-east coast of the island, in the new Bainunah District near to the UAE Central Bank and many of the ministries.

With one-tenth of the planet oil reserves, Abu Dhabi naturally hosts many of the world main oil-related companies. In addition, companies in sectors ranging from construction, real estate and tourism, to banking and health services are also attracted by the quick growth of the economy in the recent years and the launch of the "Abu Dhabi 2030" development plan.

Many banks and financial institutions have already set up business in the Bainunah area, which is conveniently located nearby the Intercontinental Hotel and the prestigious Emirates Palace Hotel. Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi`s biggest shopping mall, features many of the leading brands as well as restaurants and coffee shops.

Close to the Corniche, this Centre provides easy access to the main areas of Abu Dhabi, as well as Dubai (1.5 hours away). Abu Dhabi International Airport is 35 minutes away and the newly developed Abu Dhabi Convention Centre is only 20 minutes away.
