THis serviced office is a former mission church converted in a contemporary style and is situated on Woking Road at the fringes of Guildford, with excellent access to the A3, town centre and rail station. There is some parking available to rent on site but there is also unrestricted free parking available on the adjacent roads. The building is well appointed with entry phone system, CCTV security, shared kitchen facilities, shower and toilets.

They have a 6 person meeting room which is available for hire at £20 per hour, £70 per half day or £120 per day.



Occupation would be for a minimum of 6 months with a 3 month rolling break on either side. They will happily discuss longer terms.



They do not offer secretarial services but can arrange for remote reception services for telephone if required.
