The area is buzzing with activity, being only a couple of minutes walk from Smithfield market and Hatton Garden. There are loads of cafes and bars in easy walking distance and the building backs on to Bleeding Heart Yard.

Tenants in the area include a mix of Finance led companies as well as the Media/Creative industry with advertising agencies, architects and designers all based in Farringdon.
