The whole business spectrum currently seems eager to put a foot in an area which is undertaking major changes: the new King`s Cross Central development is the biggest architectural inner city development in Europe, it will welcome the relocation of the Eurostar terminal to St Pancras station in 2007, while the land behind the stations is about to be transformed with a mix of commercial, residential and leisure activities to create a new quarter for London. By 2020 an estimated 60 million passengers a year will pass through the King’s Cross transport interchange.

This Centre, at the corner of Tonbridge and Cromer Street, is just a couple of hundred yards south of the magnificent St Pancras Chambers. It is easy to find, with excellent transport links. Although very near the hustle bustle of the King’s Cross Central development, the immediate surrounding remain quiet and pleasant with its tree-lined cobbled street bordered by a Church dating from 1887.
