This office is situated just across the lock from Jubilee Place in Canary Wharf. It has a balcony and backs onto the waterfront with allocated parking at the front. It is less than 2 minutes walk from South Quay on the DLR and less than 5 minutes from Canary Wharf tube station on the Jubilee Line.

They will retain the office space downstairs and will offer the whole of the upstairs to a company. There is a shower and WC on the upstairs floor and the board room and kitchen down stairs are available for communal use. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooker, sink, microwave and Coffee maker. The upstairs has room for up to 8 people, however, they currently have in place 4 large L-shape desks in place with PCs and phone sets for immediate use should the tenant require these.

(PC and phones are optional). There are also wooden filing cabinets and folder storage units available in the office for use.
