This business centre is located on the 35th floor of a prestigious and luxurious building in the Wanchai District. It is centrally located and easily accessible from all parts of the city and advantageously located beside the Exhibition and Convention Centre where numerous shows and fairs are held throughout the year.

It is a hotel-style building with long escalators and chandeliers hanging from its high ceilings. The building is well kept and maintained and is extensively decorated especially during festive seasons. There is an open garden area near the building where tenants can sit, relax and have their lunch. For those who drive, the building has ample underground parking space for visitors and monthly rentals. As you step into the building, the ambience and atmosphere is extremely warm and inviting.

They occupy the entire 35th floor, providing lots of private space and as you step out of the elevator, the entrance to both our Conference and Business Centres are very distinctive. This Business Centre commands a warm reception area where you will be greeted by two extremely courteous and friendly front desk team members.

It has 33 office suites which command breathtaking harbour and mountain views. Golden brown is the colour scheme in our centre where most of our decor consists of pinewood and gold paintings. We have marble floors in both our lobbies and drop down halogen lights, creating a soft and elegent ambience. there are ornaments and paintings displayed along the corridors along with channelled soft music which accounts for the overall 5 star hotel ambience.

The cafe is private and you can sit and have a quite chat while our cafe staff make delicious sandwiches and snacks. High tea is served every day at 3pm to every suite in our centre by our Cafe staff as well.

The conference centre consists of 5 full harbour view rooms and when combined can easily accomodate 200 persons. We offer a wide range of Cenference facilities such as video and audio conferencing, seminars, showrooms, exhibitions, catering, etc. We will especially tailor-make our services to meet clients expactations. Our clientele consists of a long list of regular clients who enjoy our good food and services rendered.
