Office Description
We recognized a long time ago that companies should be able to come to Bermuda and have the facility to be fully operational in the shortest possible time with a minimum inconvenience. To meet this need, this company offer a range of fully furnished and comprehensively serviced office accommodations which can be operational usually within 24 hours, subject to availability. Leases are straight forward and flexible and can be for periods of less than one year, and because we include the services of a receptionist and access to an executive secretary, your support staff costs can be reduced significantly.

We levy a fixed monthly fee which is fully inclusive of all services and facilities. Incidental expenses, which would include outgoing phone calls, are billed monthly in arrears, at cost.

A typical agreement would include the following:

Fully furnished and carpeted executive office or suite of offices.

Telephone facilities

24/7/365 internet access

Telephone calls answered promptly and professionally in the name of your company, and forwarded accordingly

Message taking service during your periods of absence from the office between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Receptionist to meet and greet personal visitors.

Fax & photocopying facility

Access to executive secretarial services

Provision of Post Office Box in Hamilton, checked twice daily for incoming mail.

`By Hand` delivery service within the City of Hamilton.

All building service charges

All costs of power supply in respect of heating, air-conditioning and office equipment.

All required maintenance

Shared kitchen facilities

Tea/Coffee provisions

Nightly office cleaning
