Office Description
At Queens Road, the mission is to provide world class office facilities and services to support you in making your business successful. This Queens Road centre is located in the heart of the St Kilda Road business precinct, a short tram ride from the CBD, in the world’s most livable city.

The Centre is located adjacent to Albert Park Lake, home to the Melbourne Grand Prix. Also in the vicinity are several prestigious hotels, Albert Park Golf Course, Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, St Kilda Beach and vibrant Chapel Street, South Yarra, for your dining and shopping pleasure.

Queens Road Centre is a smaller, more intimate venue that still has the support and connections of being part of a global company. The centre provides a welcoming atmosphere, with flexible office space, a well-equipped executive board room which seats 10, and a smaller meeting room for up to four people. We offer full catering upon request. We provide a kitchenette with a commercial coffee machine and various varieties of tea and snacks.

On the ground floor, we have an eatery and newsagency. Within immediate walking distance there is a large selection of restaurants, cafes and take-aways. There are many parks in the area to enjoy a stroll at lunch time, including the Royal Botanic Gardens and Fawkner Park.

The centre provides secretarial services which include answering and redirection of phone calls, meeting and greeting visitors, sorting and distributing mail, organising couriers, monitoring faxes, typing, data entry, binding and laminating documents as well as printing and photocopying. We also offer high speed internet access and technical support.

Arrangements can be made for car parking in the building, or there is a multi level car park located next door.
