What does it cost?
There are no fees to be listed. If we introduce a company or individual to you who successfully completes a lease agreement with you then we charge the industry standard 10% of the first year's rent.
Do I have to negotiate through Abacus Office Finder?
No - you can negotiate direct with the person who will be your tenant but we are happy to help in the process.
